Our Booking Policy
A cancelation fee is only charged if failure to cancel appointment 48 hours prior or not attending the appointment. Some appointments over a certain time length may require 20%-50% deposit of the booking which will be taken off of your total once the service is completed. If you wish to change date with over 48 hours notice the deposit can be transferred to the new date of your appointment.
Snipetts appreciate that sometimes you may need to reschedule, please understand that when you cancel with little or no notice you prevent someone else from being able to fill that appointment, we aim to be as fair as possible and understand that life happens, last minute slots cannot always be filled, we kindly request that as a matter of courtesy you provide 48 hours notice.
